23. SHOCKING TRUTH!

Arjun:- maa, I WANT TO MEET DAIJAAN. ( nanny )

Hearing him, Prakash and Avantika start sweating but keeping her state aside Avantika tries to know the reason behind his sudden urge to meet Krishna Murthy. 

Avantika:- why…. do you want to meet her all of a sudden? 

Arjun feels weird hearing her question but chooses to ignore it. 

Arjun:- ( while looking at his mother ) mom, I want to meet daijaan one last time. I want to ask her, why did she vanish all of a sudden? I want to introduce Asha to her…. ( with a smile ) you know na…. how much she wished to see my partner from childhood. 

Kiran:- ( chuckled ) ha…. She always says that I will love Arjun’s wife more than Arjun to tease him. 

Arjun:- I remember…… but dadi, you know where she lives? 

Kiran:- no,….. Because she shifted from her old house. Neighbors told us that she and her husband left the place in a hurry and never came back. 

Arjun:- strange…… because she never did that before. She never goes anywhere without telling us, I remember. 

Innaya:- ( frustratingly ) why are you so desperate to meet her? She just pretends to love you only because she is behind the money, and Don’t you remember what the police said?

Manish:- ( shockingly ) what are you saying, officer? 

The officer:- we are stating the fact, sir.  

Kiran:- ( while crying ) no…. This is not true. Krishna can’t commit such a crime. She loves the kids more than anyone. She always roams around Nandini to make sure that she is fine. Then, how can she be behind Nandini’s kidnapping and accident?

Avantika:- but maa, in this fake world we can’t trust anyone. If she is really innocent then, where is she now?

No one says anything after hearing her question because somewhere they all are giving her words a thought.

Prakash:- try to understand guys, she is the reason because of that our Nandini is not here with us today. 

Divya:- ( crying hysterically ) if she is behind my daughter’s death then I will not let her live peacefully. 

The officer:- you don’t have to take any action because this case comes under my team. If you guys want to find the culprit then please cooperate with us. 

Ajay:- we are ready, officer. We want that lady in jail who snatched our daughter from us. 

The officer:- thank you, gentleman. 

Arjun:- you all are so bad….. How can you distrust my daijaan? She is not like that. She is not behind Nandini’s death because she is alive. I know my baby is alive, she can’t go anywhere leaving her brother. ( to the officer ) why can’t you search for my baby?

Arjun:- ( angrily ) just shut the fuc* up, Innaya. You are not supposed to intervene in our family matters. As I already said, my daijaan can’t do such cheap acts. She is a pure-hearted person and the most important thing is that you are no one to blame “MY DAIJAAN”. So keep your mouth shut when it’s about “MY FAMILY MEMBERS”. 

Divya:- ( angrily ) Arjun!!!….. Is this the way you talk with your sister? 

Arjun:- sorry mom, I know how to have a conversation with my sister. But currently, I am talking with YOUR ADOPTED DAUGHTER who pointed a finger at my daijaan’s love for me. 

Saying this he stood up from his chair angrily leaving his lunch in the middle. 

Ajay:- ( disappointedly ) you become blind in your sister’s love who is not even alive, Arjun. 

Arjun:- ( chuckles sadly ) thank you for reminding me. At least I didn’t replace Nandini’s memories by accepting some temporary sister just like you guys did. 

These words work as a tight slap for everyone who replaces Nandini’s memories just in a day by adopting Innaya.

Arjun is not against innaya it’s just he feels that she is snatching Nandini’s right. 

Arjun:- and one more thing, MY NANDINI IS ALIVE HERE IS THE PROOF. ( by throwing his phone towards his dad which has all the original reports of Nandini ) I WILL FIND HER BY HOOK OR CROOK. YOU GUYS JUST WAIT AND WATCH. 

In anger, he didn’t know what blunder he did by exposing his search in front of everyone. 

While everyone gasps seeing all the proof which states that their Nandini is alive. 

Divya:- my…. My daughter is alive!! 

Manish:- this means that someone……. 

Arjun:- ( interrupting his dadu *grandfather* ) yes! Someone is behind all this who doesn’t want to see Nandini with us. 

This comes as shocking news for Dixit’s whereas the evil gang tries to digest all this. 

Innaya:- how can this be possible? ( angrily ) How can Nandini be alive? 

Asha:- ( suspiciously ) what do you mean, Innaya? Are you not happy after knowing that your sister is alive?

Hearing her question Innaya got silent whereas Avantika took charge to handle Asha’s suspicious look. 

Avantika:- why wouldn’t she be happy after knowing that her younger sister is alive? 

Asha:- then, why that reaction? 

Innaya:- because all this is so new for me….that’s why I become a little hyper. 

Everyone seems to digest her excuse but this time her excuse didn’t go well with Asha. It gives a rise to doubt in her mind.

On the other hand, Manik and Nandini are spending their time with love and peace. They are so happy with the fact that they are finally getting married although the date is still not fixed but this before marriage phase is so new for them. 

Currently, Nandini is in Manik’s embrace whose arms are tightly wrapped around her petite figure. Her head is placed in its right place i.e. his heart. 

Manik:- what are you thinking, Nandini? 

This is not new for her, he can read her thoughts easily that’s why she didn’t give any high voltage reaction.  

Nandini:- nothing!! 

Manik:- come on! Speak up. You know na…. Secrets can create misunderstandings between us. 

Nandini:- ( with a defeated look ) Manik, call your family? Invite them to our wedding. 

Listening to her demand he just tightens his hold around her as if thinking about his family will give him all the bitter memories back where they tried to separate them. 

Manik:- you still want to invite them who tried to snatch me from you? 

Nandini:- that was a past, Manik. 

Manik:- but I can’t forget that they insulted you, they insulted our love. Who gave them the right to do that? 

Nandini:- Manik, it’s ok. 

Manik:- it’s not ok, Nandini. They can’t force their decisions on me. They can’t be judgemental without knowing about you, without knowing our story. They can’t comment on my love life. They have no right to make the decisions for us.

Nandini:- Manik, they have full rights to choose what is good for you because they are your family. They will always choose the best for you because they love you. All that happened is just the heat of the moment. ( while cupping his cheeks ) I witnessed the love for you in your dadu’s eyes. 

Manik:- I understand whatever you are saying but I can’t take the risk. What if they again try to separate me from you? 

Nandini:- nothing will happen to me, trust me. I will always stay beside you just like that. 

Saying this she tangles her hands with his while taking him in a side hug and placing her head on his shoulder.

Manik:- Nandini, please don’t force me. I don’t want to keep any relations with them. At least not now. I need time to sort out my insecurities. 

Nandini:- ok, as you wish. I will not force you. 

Manik:- ( while kissing her cheeks tightly ) and don’t blame yourself for the thing which you never committed. 

Hearing him, she bites her lower lip in embarrassment because she always feels guilty to be a reason for drifting a beautiful family. But she is also determined to reunite him with his family. 

Nandini:- ( in a low tone ) ok…. 

Manik:- good girl….. Now kiss me. It’s been freaking 14 hours since you kissed me last. ( while pouting cutely ) you ignored me because of that Cabir and Navya. I didn’t like that. 

Nandini:- haww…. Liar!!! When I ignored you? 

Manik:- ( in the same tone ) haww….. And when did you last love me? 

Before she could defend herself from his baseless allegations, he takes her lips for a rough kiss which is filled with desires. 

He pushed her on the bed after breaking their kiss and hovered over her making her breathless with his sensuous touches. He brushes his lips on her cheek in a sensual way while tangling his legs with her’s. 

Wanting to explore her new body part today. He turns her swiftly and faces her back which is a treat for his eyes. She fists the bed sheet and waits for his pleasurable torcher.

Without wasting any more seconds he placed his sharp teeth on her back giving her bites everywhere possible.
