AKSHAT DHAWAN

AN OBSESSIVE AND A PSYCHO LOVER OF NANDINI OR CLAIMS TO BE. HE BECOMES MAD FOR NANDINI AFTER COMING OUT OF THE JAIL WITH A MOTIVE TO MAKE HER HIS THIS TIME. HATES RAMAN MURTHY BECAUSE OF HIM HE LOST HER LAST TIME. 

FOR NANDINI HE CAN GO TO ANY EXTEND. HE CAN EVEN KILL HER TO MAKE HER HIS BUT COULDN’T LET ANY OTHER MAN TOUCH HER. 

His man:- yes, sir. 

Akshat:- good job!! Now, your reward will reach you sometimes. 

His man:- ( smilingly ) thank you, sir. 

Saying this he exits with a proud look. As soon as he exits another man enters who is his partner in a crime. 

Man:- this is not good. You can’t hurt my baby girl. 

Akshat becomes angry hearing “my baby girl” from his mouth. He immediately grabs his neck making him choke. 

Akshat:- DON’T YOU DARE TO CALL HER AS YOURS! SHE IS MINE….. ONLY MINE……….. ONLY AKSHAT’S GIRL. I LOVED HER SINCE CHILDHOOD BUT HER FATHER SNATCHED HER FROM ME SAYING…… I AM A PSYCHO…….. LOOK……. AM I LOOK PSYCHO? NO…. I TOH LOVE MY NANDINI SO DAMN MUCH. HOW CAN HE SAY THAT? 

The other man nods and struggles to come out from his hold. Seeing his struggle Akshat loses his hold and pushes him on the floor. The man winces in pain and chokes because of a short breath but within seconds he smirks devilishly while looking at his back.

Man:- Raman Murthy is not her father! I am her father. And I know what is good for her or not. You are not psycho, they made you like this by sending you to jail. 

Akshat:- they said, I kidnapped Nandini. I never did that. I just took her with me because she is my friend. My special friend. 

Man:- and your special friend loves you but that RAMAN MURTHY is not letting her confess her feelings towards you. 

Hearing him, Akshat smiles brightly. 

Akshat:- really, does she love me? 

Man:- ( with a devilish smile ) obviously, that’s why she is still single and waiting for you. 

Akshat:- then, I WILL MEET HER SOON. ( while looking at her picture ) I AM COMING TO GET YOU, MY BABY GIRL. 

While the other man smirks hearing him and says. 

“IT’S SHOW-TIME, MR.RAMAN MURTHY.”

Akshat laughs and orders one of his men. 

Akshat:- decorate this whole place like a bride, THE QUEEN OF DHAWAN’S IS COMING. 

On the other hand, Raman and Raj both are worried. They are busy thinking about who is behind their princess? But for a time being Raj decides to divert Raman’s attention. 

Raj:- calm down! Raman. I will not let anyone harm my DAUGHTER-IN-LAW. 

And this works instantly, Raman flared his nose in anger hearing his last words, and seeing his anger Raj immediately rectified his sentence. 

Raj:- I mean…… YOUR DAUGHTER and my FUTURE DAUGHTER-IN-LAW. 

Raman narrowed his eyes hearing his blabbering while Raj rolled his eyes in annoyance. 

Raj:- what?….. This is the truth and you can’t change it. NANDINI IS MALHOTRA’S POSSESSION AND WE ARE VERY POSSESSIVE FOR OUR LOVED ONES. you know that!

Ram:- ( frustratingly ) here, I am possessed and you are thinking about your possession. Ridiculous!! 

Raj sensed something different in his tone that’s why he became serious. 

Raj:- what is the matter, Raman? You are sounding different. 

Hearing this Raman slumped down on the bed with a tired look. 

Ram:- I am not understanding anything.

Raj:- tell me clearly, what is running in your brain? 

Ram:- ( with great difficulty ) I think…that….tha..t HE IS BACK TO DESTROY MY NANDINI’S LIFE. 

Raj:- ( gasped ) YOU MEAN TO SAY THAT…. AKSHAT DHAWAN!! THAT….. OBSESSIVE LOVER IS BACK!!!

Ram:- I don’t know if this is true or not …..but this is my gut feeling. 

Raj:- ( worriedly ) h…o…… How can he be back? He was in jail?

He said it simply but it comes out in a questioning way that sends chills in both bodies. They are not scared of anyone, it’s just that they both are scared for Nandini. She is their lifeline….and knowing Akshat’s past they are more scared because he can do anything to get her. 

After thinking a lot they decided to check on Nandini once again. They walk towards manik’s room only to find cabir standing outside while munching chips. 

Ram:- what are you doing here? 

Ca:- can’t you see!

Hearing him Raman caresses his forehead before placing a light pat on his head making him wince in pain. 

Ram:- ( with a lip tight smile ) now say, what are you doing here? 

Ca:- ( with an innocent pout ) guarding manik’s room. 

Somewhat both Raj and Raman got the idea about everything but still, Raman asks while gulping his saliva in tension. 

Ram:- and who is inside? 

Ca:- ( cooly ) MANIK and NANDINI…….

Ram:- ( with wide eyes ) Nandini……… my Nandini? 

Ca:- ( irritatingly ) or how many Nandini do we have in our family? 

Hearing him, Raj stops Raman who is all ready to pounce on him. 

Ram:- ( struggling in Raj’s arms ) and you let them alone in a single room? How could you? What if they did something hanky-panky?

Ca:- don’t worry, I handed the extra packet of protection to Manik. Now, everything is fine. Just chill……. 

Ram:- you what? 

Both the best friends look at him with big eyes. But soon Raj chuckles, earning a glare from Raman. 

Raj:- he is really intelligent….. I like him. 

He praises Cabir who raised his imaginary collar.

Raman grabs Raj’s collar and says while gritting his teeth. 

Ram:- then, marry him! Love him! Have kids with him!………

Raj gasped hearing him and checked his forehead. 

Raj:- Hey, are you ok?……. Do you even know what you are saying? 

Raman just stood there silently while digging holes in both Raj and Cabir’s body. 

Raj:- How can I have kids with him? ( pointing cabir ) we both are a man!! 

Ram:- ( with big eyes ) that means…. You don’t have any problem in Loving or marrying him? 

Raj:- ( with a goofy smile ) not at all!!….. 

Cabir chipped in between them. 

Ca:- may I say something? ( without waiting for permission ) will you guys ever ask about my opinion when it is about my wedding? 

Both the best friends look at him with a look that says “from where he comes?”.  

Before anyone could say anything Manik’s room door flung open and he walked out carrying Nandini in his arms. Everyone looks at them with different emotions whereas both the love birds are busy in their world. 

Seeing them so close to each other, Raman froze on his spot. 

Ca:- ( amusingly, with surprise expressions) everything happened!!…… ( with an impressed look ) so fast!

His words held some double meaning which is understood by both the fathers. 

Raj:- ( proudly ) MY BOURNVITA BOY…..

Both share a teasing smirk making Raman mad. He pulls them both towards Manik and Nandini and says. 

Ram:- they are fighting, idiots. 

Hearing him, Raj observes them from close to see Nandini wriggling in his arms, and Manik denies something.  

Raj:- ( confusingly ) What type of a fight is this? 

Ram:- ( with gritted teeth ) ask your son….. He is spoiling my daughter to another extent. 

Raj:- ( with a big grin ) but they look hot together. 

Ram:- ( with a pissed-off look ) then, keep them in a refrigerator to cool them. 

Raj:- not a bad idea….duh!!! 

Ca:- ( to raj ) ask him at what temperature we should keep them in the fridge? 

Ram:- until they become SNOWMAN and SNOW-WOMAN.  

Leaving them he walks towards Manik and asks while glaring at him. 

Ram:- what happened and Manik why are you roaming around taking MY DAUGHTER in your arms?

Emphasizing “my daughter”.

Listening to him, Nandini stops struggling in Manik’s arms and looks at her father with innocent eyes. 

Nan:- Dad, he is not leaving me. 

Hearing her, Raman immediately looks at Manik for an answer. 

Ma:- ( with a smirk ) I WILL NEVER LEAVE HER. 

Raman makes a poker face listening to him whereas Raj and Cabir control their giggles seeing the tashan between them. 

Nan:- ( cutely ) dad, he is not letting me walk. I want to go down. 

Hearing her, everyone becomes extra protective of her. 

Ca:- you are not allowed to walk, Nandini. 

Nan:- but I am alright, Bhai. 

Ram:- ( sternly ) Nandini, no discussions on that. No putting down your feet on the floor until it heals. 

Nandini nods silently knowing now there is no scope of arguing. Manik tightens his hold around her and takes her down in the living area where everyone is present. 

They all were sitting around Nandini and taking care of her like a newborn making her irritated with that. But soon their happy moments disturb by a guard who comes inside with a parcel. 

Guard:- Sir, someone left this parcel outside and it’s in Raman sir’s name. 

Saying this he left the box on the table. Seeing this everyone frowns because why would someone deliver this parcel here because this is not Murthy’s residence. Everyone has the same questions, but Manik comes forward and opens the box to find a beautiful flower bouquet with two letters. One is named “MY LOVE” and the other is “SASUR JI ” (father-in-law).
